1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Yes! After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses and suppliers located in different parts of the world.

Not Yet, we are working on expanding to other countries.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a couple of hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processing.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will help resolve the issue.
